I think CBT has been one of the better more evidenced based therapies I have seen in my zillion years as a therapist.
I think the cornerstone of CBT. includes looking at the evidence and remembering that

We all have thought distortions or thinking errors, I have them all the time, I yell at myself when I catch myself in a distortion, Right now. my favorite distortion seems to be mental filtering but I am working on it.
So I invite you to look at what the professionals say about CBT and how it can help you find your own twist of gratitude
